The Dance Showcase is arranged as dancers sign up.  Tell us as soon as possible that you want to dance--there are only 20 spaces.  All dancers need to be WAMEDA members.  If we have too many dancers, we will start a wait list.   Please print and send this completed form to

Notes for dancers:

Bring a tape or CD, with only your song on it.   Label your music with your name if you want it back.  Bring a back up tape of your music in case your CD or first tape does not play.  All dancers should bring and wear a cover up when not dancing. 

Performers:  Check here _______ if you want to be video-taped.  If any member of a troupe does not want to be taped, we will not tape any part of the troupe performance.  A copy of the show will be in the WAMEDA library.  You will receive a copy of your performance.

Please be professional and respectful of your fellow dancers at all times.  If for any reason you cannot dance, you must contact us as soon as you can to let us know.   If you have questions, contact Frankee Sunshine at frankeesunshine@yahoo.com  before the day of the show.

Please note that access to the vendors is only obtained with a paid admission.  No unpaid spectators are permitted.

Make sure you have typed your announcer notes in the space provided, or send them on a separate sheet with your sign up information.

Seats are reserved on a first come, first served basis to those who pre-pay.  If you want to sit together, mail the registrations together with a note and we will seat you at the same table. 

Waiver: No refunds, no cancellations.  Participation in this event is at your own risk.  Neither WAMEDA Inc, any of it's volunteers, board members, officers nor the location where this event takes place will be held responsible for any injury, loss or damages to the attendees or their belongings.  I understand and agree to abide by these rules.
