Hafla
Sadie
Coming in September 13-14, 2008, WAMEDA presents the annual hafla at the Holiday Inn, 10000 Baltimore Ave, College Park, MD20740, 301-345-6700. (See www.mapquest.com for directions). Our instructor is Sadie of Denver, Colorado, see www.sadiebellydancer.com or www.bedouinprincess.com and her IAMED videos: Belly Dance Rocks, and Sultry Slow Moves/Taksim and Ciftiteli, which was just released in January of 2008. Classes will be on Drum Solo Secrets with a choreography and the Diva within on Saturday, and on Sunday, it's Shimmy Time, Veil Choreography, Afro-Brazilian Samba with a fabulous evening Hafla on Saturday.
